We offer complimentary pickup and drop within our standard service area for scheduled work. For locations outside that area we will quote a transport charge before confirming the booking.
Vintage, classic and non-running vehicles are moved on covered or flatbed transport. Transport timelines are confirmed at the time of booking and can be affected by traffic restrictions and weather.
Where we dispatch parts or accessories, they are sent by a courier and typically dispatched within 3–5 working days of order confirmation, subject to availability. Delivery timelines depend on the courier and destination.
Please inspect any delivery on receipt. Report damage to us within 48 hours at info@planetautoindia.com so we can raise it with the courier.
