A booking request made through this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm the date, scope and estimate with you directly. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if additional work is found to be necessary — we will contact you for approval before carrying out extra work.
We carry out work with reasonable skill and care. Parts supplied carry the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Work on vintage and classic vehicles may involve parts sourcing timelines outside our control.
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or on collection unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Vehicles are released once payment has cleared.
